Recomaze runs a remote MCP server that Claude and ChatGPT connect to. Once connected, you can ask in a conversation for what you would otherwise do in the dashboard: read your AI visibility and competitors, write and schedule articles and social posts, change the popup, update your Company ID and knowledge base, check your catalog, read your chatbot analytics, run campaigns, automations, webhooks, SEO and the sales CRM. Every connection works on the store you choose and only with the access you allow.
Server URL: https://agent.recomaze.ai/mcp
Open Add to Claude, or go to Settings > Connectors > Add custom connector, name it Recomaze and paste the server URL. Click Connect, sign in to Recomaze, pick the store and allow the access you want. On Team and Enterprise plans an Owner adds the connector for the organization.
Run claude mcp add --transport http recomaze https://agent.recomaze.ai/mcp, then type /mcp in a session and sign in to Recomaze when asked.
Open Add to ChatGPT, or go to Plugins and choose Add custom MCP server. Name it Recomaze, paste the server URL under Connection, keep Authentication on OAuth, tick I understand and want to continue and click Create as a plugin.
ChatGPT opens the Recomaze sign-in. Sign in, pick the store and allow the access you want.
The consent page lists the parts of your account an app may use: AI Visibility, articles and social posts, popup settings, Company ID, knowledge base, catalog and product content, chatbot analytics, campaigns, automations, webhooks and connectors, SEO and the sales CRM. Untick what you do not want it to reach. The box Allow actions that spend credits or change settings decides whether it may only read or may also act. If your account manages several stores, tick the ones the app may work on; in the conversation it can list them and switch between them.
Anything that spends credits answers first with its cost, and runs only when you confirm it in the conversation. Claude also asks before every action that changes your account.
Open Settings > Connected apps in the Recomaze dashboard. Each app shows the stores it works on and what it may do. Edit changes the access or the stores, and narrower access applies within a minute. Disconnect ends the access within a minute. You can also remove the connector in Claude (Settings > Connectors) or in ChatGPT (Plugins).
Recomaze receives the requests the assistant sends to it and answers with the data of your account that each request needs. We do not receive your conversations with Claude or ChatGPT. What the assistant does with the answers is governed by its provider's terms. How we handle the connection, the tokens and the logs is described in section 2.8 of our Privacy Policy.
Write to better@recomaze.ai. If the connection stops working, disconnect it under Settings > Connected apps and connect again.
